We require a website for our company. We design and print business cards and need our website to include the following:
1. Home Page - Information about our company and what we do.
2. Profile Page - Information and photos of our team.
3. Product Page - Information about our product, samples of all our cards and different designs we can create.
4. Design Page - This needs to be a working page so customers can design their own cards online and then send to us to print. We need to supply them with samples of what we can do so they can select a design and make it their own. They will also need to select a layout and upload their logo if necessary. Once they have completed their design they will need to pay online for them and we will print and post to the customer.
5. Contact Page - Contact information for us and provision for customers to email us with questions.
We also need a domain name and hosting for our site.
We also need our site to come up in various search engines.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
