Audio/Video/Text Chat Network

I am in the process of starting a chat website. I need a programmer to build a website that can handle the creation of user profiles, friends list and private messages. The website must be easy to navigate and user friendly. Although this is one of the more minor things. The main aspect of this project is to develop a Flash based Chat Client. The chat client will be entirely flash based. A connection will be made to Flash Media Server . All Audio/Video data will be handled by this. All TEXT data will be sent through a IRC based server. I am looking for someone that is qualified in webdesign aswell as an expert in flash and media server. I have attached 3 pictures of what the basic funtionability of the client will look like. This is a extreamly basic idea of what the client will have to do. The final product must be visually attractive and stable. I would prefer someone with knowledge in both fields (Webdesign & Flash) as it would be easier to devop the entire project with only 1 coder rather then one for webdesign/databases and one for the client. Please view the attached pictures and view the "Notes" at the bottom of each. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Lastest IE, Firefox.
