Add Image scaler to existing website

I need someone that can create an image resize option (after you select to upload your image from desktop or other social media api) you will have the option to scale the image by hand in 2 preset sizes. Also i have some other small projects. I want to work with some one that can help me for a long time and not some one that just want to make a quick buck. Only reply if you have real samples of work related to this: - facebook api integration (registration, high score, login with Facebook) - other social media api integrations ( pinterest, instagram other photo tools)
