design one html page

I need one page designed based on this logo. I need it to look very clean and professional. Must use graphics for main links. I've attached a graphic showing how I want it layed out. You can use this temporary image where the family picture will go. I have a programmer who will implement the rotating family images into site after the design is finished.

I like the style of these sites, obviously do not duplicate or make too similar to any of these but design should be on par with them.

Page must be html only, no dropdown menus. I need this quick, like 2 days quick. Thanks!
