custom printed shirt shop.

Hi coders, I have a client that can do custom printed shirts. They want a php/mysql website that would allow people to type in the text, font size, font style (limited) and then have it put the text on a photo or drawing of a shirt. They'd also like to have it font, back, centered, logo area (left where a pocket would be). They will be expanding in the future, maybe add photo upload capabilitly. But, pretty simple for know. They would also like paypal ordering intergration. Flat fee per item, and shipping will be like 4.00 for first and an additional 1.00 per item.
