csv data upload php needed

Hello, I would like some one to help me to solve a problem of csv Upload php/html interface. 1. Please see attched files. 2. I upload the excel data into our database via website. the problem is sometimes the data in each cell are with comma "," in once excel cell, so it turn the MySql data table upside down.
