Hi, I want a PHP content management script to install and take control of existing websites. The websites are link directories with html pages and have an existing link structure. The script should assess the current site and then take control of updating the pages from then on. The pages are to remain ".html". The script should manage the submission of new sites and automatically check the site submission for reciprocal link status. A specific check to ensure that the reciprocal link can be found from the front page of the site. The admin should be able to run a "check for reciprocal links" report and then decide to send emails to the site to request an update on their reciprocal link. These checks are only for "new" submissions, not existing sites within the directories. When admin accepts new sites the pages should automatically be updated. A choice of using "modrewrite" , "FTP" or other method should chosen during install of the script. The script should also allow for adding / removing / editing pages from the link directory. Ease of use / install, a nice interface and stable operation should be considered as standard. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform web server
