Project Description:
we are a training company ,
we would like to build client management online system,
the aim is :
every client will have an account , with user name & password
he will find his training ,calendar,courses that he enrolled in , with material for each course ,reports, links ,,, announcements,,,in his dashboard .

there will be an admin user , who , create , approve , add material , courses , links ,,,,groups and assign group supervisors ,fill attendance sheets ,,,

there will be a supervisor for group of clients in case of corporate training, who could see all the clients or trainee on the group and access their reports

and of course a super admin or system admin for all that .
total types of users =4
1- normal student = client our course attendee
2- student supervisor = user who can access a group of student reports & material
3- Employee = system user who create courses, material , fill attendance report, approve new registered users , etc..
4- super admin = maintenance , update, upgrade , create employees, everything ,,,,,
system must have multi language folders , each one with its own css,and text language file right to left we will handle translating , for the right to left , u just provide two languages file both in English we will translate one of them
the work should be scalable or upgradable , as we will get back to the developer to add features from time to time ,
most important , is , there is some systems ready and also cheap , but we want something original , made for us ,

design should be , simple, clean , user friendly work place and system , more icons less text , like Facebook dash board , or fedena mentioned above
Most importantly , we will create 1 mile stone with the project total amount , and release it only when work done , we wont pay for release money for half or part of projects , if u trust ur ability to finish what u started , then Bid , once u deliver we release other wise plz dont bid
