auto run cd with install button

i am trying to create an auto run html file for a cd i send out. on the cd are some video files and an install set for a program. the video files must be played through the program to get full functionallity. I want to create an html file that autoruns when the cd is inserted. the html file needs to have two buttons one to open the folder containig the video files ( the "projects" folder in the root of the cd and the other button to install the software ( path WinCan Install Set\[url removed, login to view] ). I can create the autorun part, as well as the open folder part using a javascript locate for [\\projects][1] but i cannot gt the button to install the software to work. using javascript

it seems that i need to specify a drive letter or else it tries to look at c:\. obviously i cannot specify and drive letter as each computer may use a different letter. I need a way to either pass the cd letter to the javascript, force the js to run relative the fo html file path or something similar.

the rest of the layout of the html file i do not need, just the part to ake this buttn work

99% will be internet explorer, predominatley xp, never non windows
