Design and Code HTML Badge

I need some modification of the HTML badge created by the first two pages of the [login to view URL] site. The PHP script for the second page is attached. I would like to change the current output badge code to one that results in a badge which looks like the mock-up attached. You would first iterate with me to design a more aesthetically-pleasing HTML badge like the one attached. It will show an image of the product, the WannaHaveOne logo incorporated into the message “I Wanna Have One??, the name of the product with a link back to the site’s corresponding product page, and a link to home page of the site incorporated into the message “Win what you wish for at WannaHaveOne.com.?? Then, you will modify the existing PHP script so that I can drop it into the site and it functions properly. The dynamic insertion of the product image, name, and link into the badge are in place in the existing code; I need your help on design and updating it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
