Dental website semi-redesign, need done by the weekend

Hello, I have a website for a dental practice that needs to be changed/editted. PLEASE NOTE: I NEED THE CHANGES TO THIS SITE TO BE DONE BY THIS FRIDAY, AUGUST 7TH 2009. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE SHORT NOTICE BUT I WAS JUST INFORMED THAT WE NEED THESE CHANGES TODAY. We need the look of the site to be changed, but we do not want a complete redesign. We will be using and providing the current content & imagery that is already on the site. See attached layout image file. A transformation of the current design/layout is possible. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR US. We need to have more ACTIVITIES happening up front that will engage and capture the visitor. All ideas are welcome. We want the look of the site, especially the main page, to have more of an inviting and simple look such as the image layout image file i have attached with this bid. Move appointment request form to the main page, above the fold, on the right side. Fix spelling mistakes, please take note and fix them on each page Add pictures of the Dr.'s on the main flash image. Change the image on the dental implant area of the flash from baby to elderly couple. Change background to not be "too white?? as it kinda is right now (see attached files). I will most likely be needing a few more things that we need done within the next day or 2 but it wont be anything major. Any of your own ideas and implementations would be greatly appreciated ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
