Customize my Mambo based site

I need my Mambo news-blog site customized. I've played around with the PHP, but now I really have no time to work on it any more. Ultimately the blog site should look like a news website such as washingtonpost.com. Clean look with 4 columns, with placeholders for at least 2 small images on the top row under the header. I already have a 4 column template installed (<[login to view URL]>). I need my site to look as similar to Wash Post as possible. Among other things I need: a) CSS for a simple, clean look, b) an eye catching header image designed with a news website in mind c) Some customization so that each entry on the first page can show up with a thumbnail image, title, description, and author name at the bottom, similar to Wash Post. d) Bottoms of Column 1 and 4 should allow me to add advertiser images/links e) The empty space above the header to be removed f) The Popular / Latest News sections have to be moved to the right most column. Ideally you should have worked with Mambo before. You should also have your own Mambo hosting, so you can demo the custom design on your site. I might give feedback based on what I see, and those changes will need to be done before I consider the project complete. ## Deliverables 1) Custom CSS 2) Template code 3) All images These should be delivered in a .zip file, following the same directory structure Mambo 4.5.3 (you can get it from [login to view URL]).
