Custom homepage management system in Ajax

You need to be fluent in English. We need someone that absolutely knows how to use Ajax!! We would like to see your portfolio prior to choosing the winner. After this project we are looking to maintain relationship with you for further upgrades. We need a site that starts with the basic structure of [login to view URL] with a bunch of modifications for our own personal use. It needs to have the same login functionality and a master admin control panel for us to adjust the program and add fixes. We will give the winner videos of us describing exactly what we need on each one of these modification, but here is a list to help you decided if you are able to preform these tasks: JUST LIKE: [login to view URL] PLUS: 1. Make a black border around each thumbnail image. 2. Instead of the dark gray category buttons we would like colored category buttons, There should be a default button color, dark blue, but each button should have the ability to let the user change the category button color. 3. Ability to create theme with different colors, looks, like pageflakes.com. To see the example go to [login to view URL] and look for the "change Theme" category. We would especially like the "create your own theme" selection. 4. Icons next to categories - existing categories have pre-done icons, new categories have choice of icons 5. Create TO DO Category like [login to view URL] with ability to move / reorder tasks. 6. Use pre-created columns like [login to view URL] with ability to sort tasks and rename columns 7. Ability to use full screen size, add more columns for wider screens, but start with a default of 5. 1. Create 5 columns with thin black line around each column as the default for a new category. Sites are added across the page, so site 1 = column 1, site 2 = column 2 etc. Column headings can be added to create sub-category. e.g. TRAVEL main category, flights, car rental, hotels as sub categories (columns) and more... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
