Css edit.

I need someone to make some edits to a css layout using strict w3 valid table less css. The edits to be made. 1. Two fields should be moved. The code for the fields should be but at the bottom of the code and positioned using css. The content area should be first in the code. 2. The width of the theme should be changed. After the edit I want the main area to always be at least 800 pixel wide and to take up the entire screen if there is room over. To the right of the main area there are two sidebars and I want the main area to expand only if the main area + the sidebars are smaller than the screen width. The sidebars should never expand only move to the right when the main area expand. If the screen resolution is 800 pixel wide or less the user should have to scroll right to see the sidebars. See attached pictures for a better explanation on how it should look with different screen widths.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
