Credit card payment page for pre-built shopping cart

I have an install of midicart ([[login to view URL]][1]) Currently the payment is handled via paypal, however i'd like to take payments from credit card, store them temporarily in a mysql database (secure server obviously) for the store owner to manually enter into their POS machine after cross-reference with the order they will be emailed. In essence, i need a secure payment page (certificate already in place) & tables adding to the existing store's db. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) I would require the final payment page to be scripted in PHP, including the fields: name on card, address1, address2, address3, credit card type, credit card number, credit card issue no, credit card expiry, credit card security code. with an additional area to enter a delivery name and address if different from the card holders details. 5) The page would also have to integrate somehow with the order number that is created, so that the payment & the order can be cross referenced. 6) ## Platform I run linux fedora core 3, apache, php [login to view URL] and have use of phpmyadmin, ftp & ssh.
