Create a HTML generator for HTML CSS Image gallery template PHP OR SIMILAR CODER NEEDED !

Please see the screen shot. I need some one to make a HTML generator based on the format in screenshot (That code will be provided) The Software needs to be able too, Make changes to a master template. (The full Screenshot) Then any changes made to the master template need to be able to be saved. (I.e Header links and Banners) Marked RED GENERALLY IN SCREENSHOT. The 2nd layer is Gallery, the software needs to be able to upload images to the server, resize etc etc. Similar to any eCommerce software. Also it needs to be able to output title, Pricing, and discount percentage It has to also be able to make The descriptive text. All this data should be able to be saved into a database. So it can be edited. Deleted etc. Deletion will mean any images stored for that listing on the server are also deleted.
