Convert Health Application To PHP

Need someone to convert my health and nutrition application into a PHP website version that will allow users to create an account that allows them to create a report, graphs, reminders, diet charts, planners (daily, weekly, monthly), and weightloss projections. The site will contain the nutritional value such as the Calories, Fats, Protein, and Carbohydrates etc., of supermarket and restaurant items. The database will need to be in MySQL format. The user account must be a temporary account and restrict the user to creating only 2 reports weekly consisting of only one restaurant with 10 items or 10 supermarket items. However if the user subscribes they will have full access to all features. Site must have area for rotating banners for all standard sizes and must have CMS administration area as well, so that I can easily make changes to the site for banners, advertising or to the pages. CMS area must allow me to create/activate, deactive, add, delete etc., user accounts. The current desktop application does the following: 1. diet weight loss calculation 2. blood sugar chart 3. weekly meal planner 4. blood pressure chart 5. recipe cards 6. reports for specs 1 - 6 The site must also do the following: 7. Email reminder notifications. User can set email notifications from their account to remind them of a workout, medication to take etc. 8. Month view planner - Monthly meal planner to allow user to configure meals that they want to eat for the week or month. The successful coder will not need to do any graphics work, only functionality. Database schema will be provided, if other fields are needed you can add them to make this work. I will provide a trial copy of the application to the successful bidder so that they can see fully how it works. This could be an on-going project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All browsers.
