This code will create pages that will facilitate a front-end management tool for consumer lead follow up. Leads will come into the database and will be managed by a corporate manufacturer, an independent delaer network, and a mail/email fulfillment house. The manufacturer already has a B2B website with its dealers, so the infrastructure is set.
The lead will potentially go through 3 phases, each of them having an automated mail follow-up sequence.
1. Suspect - a new lead that has not been in a retail dealer store.
2. Prospect - someone who has visited the store, but did not buy.
3. Customer - someone who bought product.
Information in the database of leads needs to be made available to all three parties and reports need to be made from the data.
Experience with consumer lead tracking systems would be a plus. Details within the page descriptions attached subject to change.
