Coder for small updates

I need a coder that will make a small update on a web game that is coded in PHP and connected with a MySQL database. The coder that will bid here must be able to make in future further updates and also be a trustfull person because will have the whole program codes. What i need for the update is: 1.) Modify Award feature I want awarded points to be added each time and not be a sum. 2.) Add Support member type of user and Add V.I.P member type of user. i will explain you later what features must have those. 3.) Feature for Playing with real money. Just players that will be VIP users and will have some privillages. those are typically written here. More details will come when someone bids and i accept. A maximum bid is 20$ and cant be changed because i think is a small update. The coder that will accept and after the job thinks that needs more will message me and explain the reason.
