Cloud Based Outsource Site (1365896)

We are looking to develop a prototype freelancer website similar to Odesk based on cloud technology drawing on various currently available free APIs. Using the Odesk model we will be requiring from the applicant a detailed outline of your perceived approach and methodology coupled with the cost effective approach to this project. Additionally a similar front end design to the target site will be required and we already have the visuals ready for you to commence this also. You will of course be competent with Java, Python etc and be familiar with the various APIs and Cloud Engines currently available ie Google etc Please also provide a portfolio of cloud based projects recently completed. Once completed we have at least 12 months of related contracts available to discuss. As this will be our fist project with you we have set a fixed budget + bonus if completed accurately. And please please ..dont waste our time with silly tine wasting personal comments etc -- serious bids and comments only thank you -- we appreciate this.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
