I need a local chamber in Florida to have a web page with data driven access database capabilities. We need to do this in ASP.NET and make sure that the end user (the office) can access the data in the office via the web, but for special reporting, be able to download the actual mdb file from ftp and execute the file in a local level and generate reports etc. I am open to a better solution within the asp.net environment. A very important aspect is that this is going to be acting as an organization for many organizations. For example, several city chambers will be in this database. So we would need a field that distinguishes if it’s City A chamber, or City B chamber, etc. Then within those cities we need to keep track of those chambers members.
A sample web based chamber site could be found at [[url removed, login to view]][1]. Please note that this is not the site that I want at all, it is simply a sample site so that you can get the look and feel of what I need, based on the Chamber sector.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
