Browser Black-Box Testing of interactive internet application

Our company is looking for a long term partnership with a team of QA software testers. What we need from this team is: 1) to be able to perform blackbox testing, configuration and stress testing; 2) to deliver full reports: screenshots, windbg dumps, functionality suggestions; 3) the complete test should take at most 3 days. The software to be tested on a browser is a relatively complex interactive site developped on Domino with some Java, and hosted on Domino Developer Network. It is a management system, in order to document and review any kind of task, policy, request for resources, conflict resolution, internal control… This site allows user to create 7 types of main documents and 3 types of response documents. We need need a veteran tester who has a passion for quality which have 5+ computers at their location and fast internet connection to thoroughly text the site’s functionality, design and performance on a blackbox basis. The database will already be installed on a server, and you will receive the user ID of the DB Manager. It will be pre-configured. Qualified applicants will receive more information so you can make an accurate bid. This will include more information on the application and samples of the format required for the documentation. The test plan should use the testers expertise to test all aspects of the program, all variations in functionality, all variations in user input, and all reasonable execution paths (from a black box perspective). 3) Register 50 user names of different types (20 Readers, 20 Authors, 7 Editors, 3 Managers) and 8 different groups for our main application (All Readers, Readers Latin America, Readers Europe, Reviewers Latin America, Reviewers Europe, Performers Belgium, Performers United Kingdom, Performers Mexico, Performers Brazil). Assign the users to these groups. 4) Register and login as all types of users, create dummy documents, where content is irrelevant, to test each and every functionality described in the Help document. 5) Test for each functionality using IE 6, Firefox 1.0 or above, and Netscape 7. 6) Test for performance and reliability if 50 users access the database at the same time. 7) Create 2 documents + various response documents for each type of document (Task, Policy, Control, Request for Resources, Conflict Resolution, Sharing Knowledge) where content is relevant ??" it should have some Management content, but may be linked to your IT business as long as it is not too technical. 8) Report any execution defct. 9) Give me your inputs on usability, how clear it was to navigate the site and use it, where we should add some more explanation or change the functionality, etc. You can present this information in a Microsoft Word .doc, and copy and paste information from the help files, or output shown by the application, as needed.
