BLACKBERRY APPLICATION

Need to develop a background program for BB's architecture which does: Dialer: A background application capable to redirect calls to a defined access number in our prepaid platform. The application will have the functionality of a dialer, once loaded in the BB’s set memory, every time an end user dials an international number, such as 00 44XXXXXXX (or any other number I might select:dialing pattern), the machine dials into our Prepaid platform access number and upon validation of the ANI and credit available, it will allow to terminate this call within my network, not at the operator's network. The dialing process will be completely transparent to the end user, therefore, end-user never knows the dial access number. I would like to know how difficult is to build this application for BB. The same application is fuctional for NOKIA's S60 architecture, however, I would like to have it availale for BLACKBERRY. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
