Apache EmbPerl MySql for Vista

I manage a large web site with 100s of pages on a Linux server. The site uses Embedded Perl and MySql database. I write code on my Windows system and put it on the server via FTP. I also had my Windows system setup to host the site for local testing. I could make a change and look at it on my Windows machine before putting it on the server. My problem is after upgrading to Vista I can’t get a version of Apache and EmbPerl working. Your task is to access my machine and install these programs. The task will be complete when I can access web pages on my Windows machine from a browser on the same machine. My Windows machine accesses the internet via roadrunner without a fixed IP address. So I guess you will need to use Go To My PC or something like that to get access. Also I will have to trust you being on my personal machine. If you think it’s possible you can just tell me what changes to make. You must have strong knowledge of Apache, Perl, MySql, ModPerl and EmbPerl. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Vista
