Animated GIF Banner Ad

We are a start-up R/C performance company (<[login to view URL]>) who's target audience is the 12-20 year-old crowd. We need a flashy banner that shows our products and cars but still reflects professionalism and does not annoy site-owners by being too flashy or gaudy. We also would like to keep file size to a minimum for the dial-up user. Our current banner is here: <[login to view URL]> We would like to see our products and cars (from gallery) in the banner as well as our new logo which will be available next week. Designer has full access to all images and content on our site for use in banner content. A single design theme is requested but we require various IAB standard sizes as outlined below in platform specifications. We would request a minimum of 3-5 drafts and after approval of one, we would request a reasonable quantity of revisions until we are satisfied. When submitting bid request, please provide samples or link to previous banner work. **NOTE: If we are happy with design, we will send Private Auction to have similar banner designed for sister site which would just require a logo change!** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
