Affilate, adsense system

I want to develop a network that almost works like affilates.

1.I should be very easy to join this network for other members.

[url removed, login to view] I have a lot of members, like for example 200 homepages, I will contact companys that will be able to send news, ads etc through my channels(all the homepages).

I will have a system so I can pay to all my members per click, and I will take money fråm my costumers. I will be the middle hand.

## Deliverables

1. Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2.A complete system that can handle many members. I will have a system that almost works like affilates. I will be the middle hand. Ex: In three months we have 200 sitemembers that uses our system. Newpapers and other costumers will send links through the sites. I will pay all the homepages per click, but will also get paid from the customers(newspapers( per click).

6. The design isnt so important, but it should be nice and not messy.
