Active X DLL Written in VB for Excel 2003 Add-in

Active X DLL needed for Excel Add on. I need to create a script using VB6 that will prompt the user to locate 3 files. Next a text file cleaning function must be created that opens up the user defined files in notepad and locates the headers and cuts them out as well as a few lines under them. This function should loop until the end of the document. Once the file has been cleaned it must be renamed according to the filename which appears on the report, and current date. Than 3 excel files must be opened one after the next in order to process the cleaned text files. The excel documents do not need to be created. The vb script however should prompt the necessary excel file for action to import the cleaned text file and call it's macros. Once the first excel file has finished processing the next excel file must be called for it's import and processing. Finally this process occurs one more time and that's it. It is very important though that only one report be processed by excel at a time. The reason i wish to make this program into a DLL is for security purposes. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program should run on windows XP and must be written in VB as an Active X DLL so that it can be implemented as a add on in excel 2003.
