ASP.net 2.0 - LOV edit page

First time trying rentacoder.

This development is a single page to be used in the admin section of a web site to enable editing list-of-values tables in the underlying database.

The page will include a drop down list from which to select the desired list (table), and a grid view to display the current values in the table. Rows should be editable. Deletes should be allowed, except the rows will be marked as deleted rather than actually deleted (e.g. delete date is changed from null to current date). Inserts should be allowed, but must check to see if the row already exists in a deleted state, and if so, null the delete date and continue as an update rather than insert.

Assume underlying LOV tables look like this:

Since there will be more than one LOV table, we need facility to define a list of table names, and field prefixes (in the example, LOV is both the table name and field prefix, but this is not always the case).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
