ASP.Net 2.0, MSSQL 2000 - Homes for Rent Site

Need site to allow admins to add new houses to the rental site. Must allow for basic house information. number of Rooms / Baths/ Sqt Footage, etc.. Also must allow for Photos, and virtual tours. Must have a section to list distance to "Things to do", not calculate them, but beable to show them. Must allow for calander scheduling. And flexible rate guide. Some homes are allowed for 1 night rental, some require N days. All will have daily rates, weekly rates and monthly rates, based on season for the house. Need to beable to define season groups, and apply a season to a house. EX: Winter Cabins seasons varry from Beach Front Rentals. Visitors need to beable to see current openings and register for them securely. They will be charged X% for holding the reservation, preferably over Authorize.Net. Site needs to allow users to search by Area. And should allow for uploading of HTML sitemaps for them to select from. No thrid party controls are allowed to be used without prior written permission. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
