Delphi DLL to hook another window's message queue and paint to its main window

I require an application and DLL to be written in Delphi. The application will be a simple form. It will have two text edits; one will have a window title, the other will have the window handle of the target window. If the title is filled, that is used to match, otherwise the window handle is used. There is then a button "hook window". For that window / process a dll will be launched that will hook the message queue for that window. Below the button on the main form "hook window" will be a panel with a dummy button and list box with random entries. Once the window is hooked, a "PaintTo" will be done so that the panel and the controls on it show up in the middle of the window we have hooked. When a paint is done to the section of the hooked window that would erase our painting, we re-paint our panel. When a mouse action is done where our controls are, they are passed to the controls on our panel and then a paint is done so that our controls look like they are on the hooked window and react to the mouse. As a separate piece I would like the ability to alpha blend our panel / controls. You can bid this separate in comments. ================================================= I want to make clear. We will not be parenting our panel onto the target window. We will just be painting to the target window. It will also make it more likely you will be chosen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
