Add protection to Excel spreadsheets

We have an existing Excel spreadsheet that has formulas within it. We wish to "protect" the spreadsheet so that our clients can use it but they cannot see the formula's and they can only enter data into specific cells. The attached Excel spreadsheets require the following: - an addition of a password to open them - all cells within the spreadsheets are protected so that a user can only enter data into specific cells (everything in gray within the spreadsheet is to be blocked. Users can only enter data into the white cells) - all formulas hidden so that a user cannot see how the formula's work. The attached spreadsheets are only an example of what is required. The actual spreadsheet that requires protect will not be available until 25 October, however we need to organise this project so that it is ready to start on 25 October and be completed as quickly as possible. Please do not bid on this project if you have not read all of the requirements. The should be a very easy project for someone with experience with Excel.
