articles for vacation resort website

I am looking for an article writer that will write 10 articles for a Mexico vacation resort. "I am willing to pay $5 / article, with a 10 article minimum ($50 / 10 articles)". Each article will be between 400 and 500 words and will include keywords that I will provide. The articles must be original content, no copy/paste. You can write on a wide range of toppics as long as it is related to mexico vacation information. This can be an article about the night life in the local area, historical sites, local events, travel tips, surfing the local beaches or anything of interest to someone planning a vacation to mexico.

## Deliverables

1) Each article will be between 400 and 500 words and it will include 3 to 5 primary keywords.

2) Primary keywords: mexico, vacation, resort

3) Each primary keyword must repeat 3 times in each article.

4) Additional keywords are: Puerto Vallarta, beaches, Jalisco, Melaque, Mexican, pacific coast, tourist destination, surfing, fishing, family resort.

5) Please review the website before you start writing. The website already has some content about the local area.

6) All articles must have a heading and be provided in a plain text format. If the article includes a URL link, please include the html tag (example: [This is a link to Mexico][1])

6) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
