I have a CD which has a little over 500 PDF files on it (articles), each numbered 001 - 556. I also have an excel file which contains information for each file as follows:
Author, Article, Source, and Keywords.
Now, what is need done is:
Change each pdf file to an HTML file, so it can be opened quickly in Internet explorer. Then, each new HTML file needs to have their corresponding title assigned to them.
Now, I want all of this information in a zip file, so that I can burn it onto a CD.
Next, I want it so that when I put the CD into my computer, a page pops up like an "auto run" program.
On this page, I want there to be a search box or function where someone can type in a keyword, and it lists the files that have associated keywords. I am not sure how the keywords need to be associated with the new HTML files…possibly as meta tags or something? Just as long as they are searchable by their keywords.
Under this search function, I want all of the articles to be listed in alphabetical order, so someone can just browse them.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
## Deliverables
1) A zipped file containing all the files that I can burn directly onto a data CD, so that when I put that CD in a computer, it functions exactly as described above.
