Need to capture not for profit donor details (not names or addresses) to include donation date, unique donor number and a ten figure Charity Bond code. These details are then sent to the host organisation for mail merge into a Charity Bond template already supplied. The date is also then added to the host organisations own database (this would usully be an Access based database although often heavily modified).
We are currently acheving the above by using an Excel spreadsheet- but this is very cumbersome and there are far too many keystrokes for it to be efficient and error free.
We require a simple programme that allows this exchane of date and mail merge. Can you help?

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
