Application Design Hello Coders. I have changed the scope of this project. I apologize for any inconvenience. We want an Application Design for a system per the attached .zip file. The application designer should decide and specify: 1 - The best languages / script formats for the various 'modules' / functions 2 - Tell us how the modules/functions might be separated into sub disciplines 3 - Estimate the coding costs for the various functions 4 - Determine whether we have omitted a key function 5 - Recommend commercial or open source software where applicable for the live agent text chat and affiliate functions 6 - Document the above in a professional manner consistent with industry standards The successful application designer will be fluent in written english and will have provided ample evidence of successfully completing similar projects. For this revision, we MAY NOT necessarily engage a coder for Project Management. Our current thinking is that an Application Designer should do a good enough job with specifications that a project manager is not required. I will answer any and all questions as quickly as humanly possible .. assuming I know the answers. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
