blueimp jQuery File Upload on CodeIgniter

We need a clean setup of CodeIgniter created with blueimp's jQuery File Upload setup to allow multi file upload. The jQuery File Upload Demo page ([login to view URL]) should be recreated in CodeIgniter

CodeIgniter:

Should use CodeIgniter v2.1.4 and be created with the default settings

In [login to view URL] the Base Site URL can be set as:

$config['base_url'] = '[login to view URL]';

Scripts:

Should work with the following scripts and versions

jQuery File Upload v8.7.1

jQuery (min) v2.0.0

jQuery UI (min) v1.10.0

Twitter Bootstrap (min) v2.3.2

Directories:

Files should be uploaded to a base directory called /uploads/

Scripts should each be installed in a base directory called /scripts/

If other directories are required they should also go into the base directory

Files:

The Controller should be called [login to view URL] and each of the separate demos being their own function_trigger

Project:

The project should be delivered as a .zip file with all of the necessary files

We are ideally looking for the project to be completed within the next 4hrs
