CodeIgniter PHP Developer needed

We are a small software company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We produce world class CodeIgniter/PHP applications for small business, non-profits, government and corporate clients. We host all of our own solutions out of our high-end data center in Phoenix, on Linux servers. We specialize in Firebird SQL database management and developing 'desktop replacement' web applications. Due to increased business, we need to add to our team additional CodeIgniter/PHP developers on a contract basis. We have developed an extensive framework of our own around CI 1.5 and need to further expand this work and utilize the framework on client projects. Our projects are typically large and we work with developers worldwide using SVN and online project management systems. If you have at least 2 years of CI development experience, and have worked on teams before, please contact us. We are looking for someone that can fit easily in our team, and work with other developers. We also have various levels of workload - depending on client project demand and budgets, so please let us know your rate and availability. We will want to see examples of your code, particularly demonstrating a solid embracing of object oriented techniques. What we don't want: We don't want any responses from offshore sweatshops. We don't mind where the developer is in the world, but want to work DIRECTLY with the developer. Not through some proxy or outsourcing company. I can't stress this enough - if you are a company trying to flog developers, expect me to yell at you for wasting my time. I won't be pleasant, that's for sure.
