add simple php shopping cart to a helpdesk

i need a simple php shopping cart to be added to a helpdesk. Basically, the helpdesk's user management should be used as user management for the shopping cart. Following features are needed in the shopping cart:\ (a) very simple product addition screen. with one photo and description, nothing fancy required (b) Recurring subscriptions will be sold using this cart (c) On expiry of current subscription, user should be sent an email informing of the same (d) When user logs in to helpdesk/cart, a link should be there to purchase products. and on clicking on that link the shopping cart front end is visible (e) Paypal IPN and [login to view URL] supported (f) No need for multiple product types, only 2 fixed types of products are required, one is 'Domain Names' and other is 'Web Hosting packages'. The 'Web hosting Packages' (g) When user purchases a product, he is asked to enter 3-4 distinct data fields, and when payment is complete an external script is executed using these extra values as parameters, and depending on success or failure of that script, a custom message is displayed to the buyer. (h) When user logs in and goes to shopping cart, he should be able to see existing products (ie products he has purchased so far) as well as browse for new products. Again, existing products should be visible as 2 categories, domain and hosting. Also, when an existing product details are shown, there should be 4 links next to each product for running 4 different types of scripts (i) Shopping cart should be easily customisable, if you can also provide an admin section to change css and / or images for shopping cart that would be great but THIS IS OPTIONAL.
