Design Navigation Header

I am looking for a new navigation header designed. No logo, no programming, etc.
This will be used on a site that uses a full width (100%) design. This navigation header MUST also be 100% width and look great on a browser as small as 800 x 600 or as big as 1920 pixels wide.
Attached is a rough sketch of what I want the header to look like. Here is an explanation of what you are seeing:
The logo in the upper left corner is 296 x 48.
To the right of the logo should be a place where we can put an optional banner that will be approximately 275 x 60. Most of the time this will just be white space, but it should be easy to put a graphic in there when needed.
The phone number is in the upper right corner. And, below that are text links for Cart | My Account | Help.
The next row will be the main navigation bar. The links on this navigation bar should be text and not graphics. For example, the word "Category" should be plain text and not a graphic of the word Category. For design styles, you can check out [this][1] , [this][2], [this][3], and [this][4]. All of which have something similar in styles that I like.
The very first link in that navigation bar is "All Departments" and that should be a drop down navigation similar in style to [this][5] or [this.][4]
The main navigation bar should run into a second line on the far left to include a search box. I really like the style of the search box [here][6] with the large Arrow with "Search" running into the search box itself. Everything to the right of the search area is just whitespace until you get to the far right side and there will be two text links.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
