Web platform CMS Add prospect to CMS site. I need to be able to have the ability to view all prospect on the list I need to be able to enter contacts with the fields listed under follow up calls. This website needs to have the capability of sending mass emails. This website needs to have an admin page that creates accounts for employees to use. The admin page has all of the employees date on it. This website needs to be easy to read. All information has to have the ability to be sorted by date enter/ savings, requote date. Need to have the capability of sending mass emails, and print out mass letters with merge capablities. I need to be able to select as an option to show people who we are savings money, people that need to be requoted. I also need to be able to keep track of how many times each person was called, emails, and letters sent out, by a tracking system. Fields need to be able to be entered in quickly, dates, follow up dates, savings amount. All need to be able to be tabbed through in the add contact screen. The site will get a lot of use and have close to 100 leads added a day. See template of current CMS site. I really like the layout. I need an updated design with a few more features added.
