C/C++ eBay information crawler lib

I'm in need of a C/C++ library on Windows environment to provide the following functions: 1. Login/logout with a ebay id/passwd 2. Retrieve detailed information of an auction item,including the image 3. Get all buying items, selling items and watching items under an account 4. Submit bid on an item 5. Get bid history of an item 6. Ask seller a question. Ebay SDK cannot be userd, because my client doesn't want to pay the fee. Please bid only if you have done similiar project before. I need to have owner ship of source code and library create for my project. Need it be done in a week. Must can be compiled with Visual Studio 2003. Can use either WinInet or CURL library for network communication. Employer Questions: (1) Please provide info about similiar work you have done before. (2) Can you deliver in about a week? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win32 platform, at least include Win2k, WinXP, Win2k3, Win Me.
