C++ Game 2D Graphical Effects

we have a MFC application that has a dialog with a custom 2d grid in it, (see <[login to view URL]>) we would like to add a set of graphical animated effects to it such as : blood splash, animated missiles such as arrows, spells (fire bold, ice bolt; energy bolt, etc) animated cloud such as fire cloud, explosion, smoke cloud,etc, some other effects such disk around a charater (with a hole inside) BE CAREFUL GRID CAN BE ZOOMED IN/OUT, so effect with dimension should be reflect the scale! the first thing would be to understand the library drawing the actual custom view, (quiet small code) then implement the special animated effects. we can provide the graphical materials such pictures, but you need to tell us what you need. You can use an existing open code lib such SDL or something equivalent if you need it, but it has to work on all windows, ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
