Custom Dynamic ListBox OCX

I require a Billboard style listbox which looks and acts like the blue left pane in Windows XP to display extra information. It appears to be a listbox which **SMOOTHLY** expands and retracts based on the information. All colors, styles and fonts should be accesible as properties. It should support disabled items and preferably a gradient in the title, as shown above. . It should also support images and deciding how many items to show and how many to keep hidden. For instance, if the whole list is 8 items, I can choose to show 4 of them and add a directional arrow to prompt the user to expand the box for more choices. The "list" should generate a Click() event that can be handled via the Index or Key of the clicked item. It might be nice if the control could shift clicked items from the hidden portion of the list to the upper portion as an advanced function (bonus???? :-)

A bonus will definitely be given for someone who can also create a panel which can hold multiple billboards, which would mean that their position would shift based on whether the panel above is open or not.

Im sure this can be completed fairly easily by someone who is familiar with owner drawn controls.
