Create C# wrapper from C++ source

I need someone to help me integrate code from C++ into C#. I have an SDK that communciates through a USB device to a smart card device. The technology is not that difficult. The sample code does convert from a VC++6.0 project into a VS2005 C++ project fine and it compiles (with a couple of small fixes) and runs. The C++ code communicates to the cardreader using a DLL. So all of the C++ code is just to handle communication to and from the DLL. This project does not involve converting the DLL, only using it. Our project is all in C#. We somehow need to be able to have a wrapper around the C++ code, or communicate directly to the DLL by converting the C++ code to C#. In order to test this, we will have to send you the USB reader. So we would prefer people living in the United States. However if you already have an SCM Card reader and AT24C128C cards then you might be a candidate if you live outside the United States. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Visual Studio 2005, C++, C#, .net 2.0
