Cool Edit Filter

Need someone, who does some work in VC++ Enclosed is as SDK for the CoolEdit Sound-Editor What i need is : I want to start a programm out of this filter when it appears to start my database import(like [url removed, login to view] C:\[url removed, login to view]) and this filter shall save in WaV-Pcm format. My Problem is I´m a newbie in VC and this sdk is onyl in VC written.
