Write a program that displays a simulated paycheck. The program should ask the user to enter the date, the payee's name, and the amount of the check. It should then display a simulated check with the dollar amount spelled out, as shown below. Date: 11/24/98 Pay to the order of: John Phillips $1920.85 One thousand nine hundred twenty and 85 cents Be sure to format the numeric value of the check in fixed-point notation with 2 decimal places of precision. Be sure the decimal places always displays, even when the number is zero or has no fractional part. Use C-Strings or string class objects in this program. Use arrays of strings to represent string values of numbers. For example, the following array definition: char tensPlace[11][20] = { "one", "two", "three", "four", ?}. The array has 11 positions, that way char[1] contains "one". You may use an array of string data types instead of character arrays if you wish. Input validation: do not accept negative dollar amounts, or amounts over $999.99. The program above is a Win 32 console application, for MS Visual C++ 6.0, I would like the source file sent to me as a cpp extension so I can open it. I also need the program fully commented so anyone can follow it.
