Basic Personal Firewall(repost)

This is an business-class application and needs to be of the highest quality with solid and stable code. The developer must be very experienced with Windows development, TCP/IP and firewalls. Good communication (and English) is also necessary. **I need a featured Windows firewall **that will block certain destination ports (hardcoded) and allow a specific application to have full access. The firewall needs to also reroute all HTTP/HTTPS/FTP traffic to a proxy server. I do not need a fancy GUI or many of the other features included in personal firewalls. The basics are all that is necessary. The application will also need a configuration utility and installation/uninstall utility. Full details are available after initial contact. Please let me know your skills and I'll send more details on the project. ## Deliverables 1. Complete and fully-functional working applications as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. Simple install/uninstall executable that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) along with program icons (already designed). 3. Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. The coder must also assure that the work will not be integrated into any other development work for other parties. ## Platform The program must run on Windows 95, 98/98SE, ME, 2000, XP, 2003. Windows 98 and higher is absolutely necessary, although 95 is optional. Macintosh is also desirable, but not a must.
