Hello, Based on the information provided, I would like to submit the following proposal broken down into segments as required by the project. 1. Participant Registration 2. Survey 3. PDF Generation 4. PDF modification for various devices 5. Email of PDF Segments: 1. Participant Registration: It is standard operating procedure to collect some information about a site visitor, whether they are aware of it or not. In this instance, we may not need anything more than an email address to send the PDF. Requirements: A) definition of data to be collected B) Storage of data required? 2. Survey: Your description indicates the survey exists as either an existing site that is linked too or embedded in the site to be built, or provides the questions to be asked that would need to be displayed on your site. Communications with the API appears to be key. Requirements: A) Access to the API B) Further understanding of how the API needs to work with your site and integrate it. 3. PDF Generation: Recommend use of open source library, [login to view URL] to generate the PDF. Each of the +/-150 PDFS would need to be formatted as HTML/XHTML in a database. Based on answers to the survey and determination of PDFs to be "stitched" together the data would be drawn from the database, formatted according to the markup provided and converted into a single PDF document using the iTextSharp library. Modification of PDFs: A little light research revealed that FLASH is the most common way to achieve this. If my bid is accepted, I would research further into the open source market to see if viable solution exists there. Requirements: A) Third party controller or library 5. Email PDF to participant: Basic website functionality. Requirements: A) Web host with SMTP access. This feature should be standard on just about any host. There are still a few details where further information would be needed, but I feel confident that for the price quoted, I could deliver the solution you are after within the next 30 days. I would first need to finish and refine the requirements of the project. Draw up a project plan outlining each phase and the deliverables for that phase for your approval and then just put it all together.
