App like infopath

Does anyone have an app like infopath? We are interested in have an application that allows simple users to create forms and db connectivity. tell me the language it is in or would be in if you built it tell me about its page technology, is it xml based like infopath? how is the data submitted to the db how do users create validations like infopath can users create formulas like in infopath can you tell me how much you would charge for this source? how much would you charge to build it do you have a demo, live or video? Can you attach a sample form that the user would fill I prefer a .net solution here but i am mainly looking for people that have a very good idea of what i need here and are familiar with infopath. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
