Add audio to webpages

I require software that will allow me to create an audio flash file that can be listened to from a web page. I require the following features: Windows compatible, and if possible mac compatible (for both creating and listening) Imports MP3 files Creates macromedia flash buttons No limit to length of audio Does not require a streaming server Ability to add audio to a webpage quickly The ability to play from a different server than the web page To sum it all up, I want to be able to install the software easily. I want to be able to input the name of an MP3 residing on my computer and have the program generate a flash movie complete with buttons (play, pause, stop, rewind etc.) which will cause the audio file to be streamed directly to the visitors computer via the web. It should also produce a line (or lines) of code which can be selected, copied, and pasted into a web page being created. Once created I would like to be able to upload these files via an ftp program (not part of the program) directly to a server. A help file or user instructions would not be necessary (I would provide that), however the ability to connect directly to that file from within the program would be good. A good example of a similar product would be sonicmemo and webaudiopro (I am not looking for an online jukebox) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The ability to play from a different server than the web page is on The finished product should be professional looking, but not necessarily fancy. It should be extremely user friendly as it will be used by people with various skill levels. In summary, I want to be able to install the program easily. I want to be able to directly import an MP3 file from my computer and have it converted into a flash movie complete with buttons (play, pause, stop, rewind). It's primary use will be for streaming audio from the internet via web browser. It should not require any special servers or secondary software other than the current version of the free flash media player. Each flash movie produced should include a link similar to "Created using [software name]". (I am not looking for an online jukebox, more along the lines of sonicmemo or webaudiopro) ## Platform Windows 98+ for sure, Mac if not too much trouble (both for creating and listening)
